Welcome to the 2007/8 Season
I would like to thank all the Players, Parents and Supporters who made last season so successful both on and off the field. With your efforts in fund raising and support in time we were able to provide new kit and equipment, training for new coaches and improve our facilities at Sparrows Green.
The training of the all the Mini Soccer teams now takes place from 9am on Saturday mornings at Sparrows Green where we have the use of the changing rooms and can provide some catering. This provides much better facilities to both our own members and those of visiting clubs.
The club has currently 10 age groups (from 5 - 16 years old) with over 150 members either playing or training. With a policy of inclusion to all we are now looking to provide football to the missing age groups that are currently not represented (U11's & U14's) and start Girl's football.
We now want to move one step further by attaining Charter Status and further improve our playing facilities at Sparrows Green, Ticehurst and Stonegate.
We are therefore looking for more parents and volunteers to help us achieve this end. We are looking for those willing to become qualified coaches (not as daunting as it sounds), volunteers willing to referee a game or two, those who want to be sponsors, those who can help with the administration and others simply to be available to help on match and practice days (both on and off the pitch).

Finally I would like to say a big thank you to Craig Curtis, Lou Jones, Trudi O'Neil and Sally Milsom who have all worked hard to get the club ready for the new season.
