Under 9's reach quarter finals at Pembury tournament
The under 9's played some wonderful football to get to the quarter finals at Pembury's tournament.
They saw off teams from Ridgeway, Paddock Wood and Matfield with great passing and a complete team performance.
They faced the home side, Pembury, in the quarter final and although Wadhurst were by far the stronger side two fluke goals were too much to recover from.

U12s come close in Pembury Tournament
The U12s were just edged out of a semi-final place in todays Pembury Tournament. Placed in a very tough group, they Won 3, Drew 2 and Lost 1, scoring 7 and conceding just 1. Unfortunately that single goal was enough to give Tonbridge Juniors the semi-final place ahead of us. Well Done to Thomas Crush, Sam Evans, Aaron Leadbetter, Callum Saker (Capt), Michael McKernan (1), Ross Lennox (5) and Subs Toby Bunday (1) and Jack Morgan on an excellent performance.
Under 7 Team Win Heathfield 3v3 Tournament
We sent two teams to the Heathfield Football for Peace Tournament on Saturday 3rd May.
The Oak Team of Tom Anstee, William Wright, William Hagerty, Harry Funnell and Freddie Latham Coyle came out as winners after a tense penalty shoot win 6-5 in the final.
Goal Scorers Tom 10, Harry 7, William H 3 and William W 2 .
The Ash Team of Harvey Jones, Adam Osborne, Oliver Milner, Henry Bull and Freddie Horlick came third.
Goal Scorers Adam 6, Freddie 2 and Oliver 1.

Training Camp dates for 2008
Following the success of the Training Camps in 2007 Wadhurst JFC are pleased to announce the dates for 2008.
All the courses will again be run in association with Msporti who run a series of successful Academy Camps in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge.
The coaches are all highly qualified and are led by Glyn Hayward who is a registered Chelsea FC Scout and Carl Roberts who is the current West Kent District Under 11s manager. All coaches bring a wealth of knowledge and experience having coached all over the world using many different coaching techniques.
Each camp has limited spaces of 16 players per age group (reception to year 8) so please book early to avoid disappointment.
