Out of the 5 matches played the U13s team drew 3 and won 2, with goals scored from Johnny (2) and Dan (3). Out of the 3 groups of 6 teams each, the winner and runner-up from each group went through with the 2 'best third' teams, of which Wadhurst was one. In the quarter final we played Hove Rivervale, with whom we had a 0-0 result in the previous match, but unfortunately they scored in the last 10 seconds, knocking us out and depriving the team and Oli of a penalty shoot out!
Great performance and effort by all players on a very hot day!
