Match Report - 16 Sep 2007, Wadhurst Junior Football Club Under 16's beat East Peckham
This was a hard fought victory with the result being in doubt right until the end. East Peckham settled first and took an early lead but Wadhurst improved steadily as the half progressed and led 2-1 at half-time thanks to 2 great goals from Toby Bunday. East Peckham levelled things early in the second half only for Ross Lennox to put Wadhurst back into the lead. The turning point of the match came when East Peckham were awarded a penalty. Tom Crush saved magnificently diving to his right to keep things at 3-2. A late goal from Man of the Match Toby Bunday following a goalmouth scramble gave him a hat-trick and put Wadhurst through to the next round of the cup.
