Match Report - 04 Feb 2007, Wadhurst Junior Football Club Under 11's Ash lost to Tenterden Tigers
A good game despite Charlie being injured off with a suspected torn neck muscle after 10 minutes. Having no subs they battled on. Harry scored twice (one penalty) . Yunus was then injured off leaving us with 9 boys to finish the match. They were drawing 2-2 until the last 5 minutes when Tenterden slipped a goal in behind Topha.
Good football, and we all came away with the feeling that it was not a lost game, but one to build on. 9 boys v. 11 losing 2-3 is not bad.
